SUPPORTING ENGLAND CRICKET IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE
The 2019 Cricket ODI World Cup was a huge event and Footbionics are very much a part of it. Prior to this however we formed a close partnership with Warwickshire County Cricket Club and have subsequently grown to help supporting the England Cricket team.
Lead England Cricket physio Ben Langley saw an opportunity for our orthotics to assist his players in both preventing and managing lower limb injuries. Stuart Broad, and Chris Woakes have been using Footbionics for some time - you can review Stuart's own testimonial here
in our wall of fame.
The ECB in Loughborough is an amazing facility and you can see where the depth of talented players England possess is developed from. An incredible indoor state of art facility that enables in-depth biomechanics testing as well as two all weather covered outdoor grass pitches.
Cricket bowlers are particularly at risk of injury, so the use of such a facility to review bowling technique as well as have Footbionics on hand when required is a great pairing.
We are getting approached from many different players and team physio's in the UK as a result of our partnerships. With more and more cricketers hearing about Footbionics we know this number will continue to increase and are incredibly proud to be supporting these athletes.
