Cushioned support with a highly thermomouldable top layer
Footbionics “Shape” is our latest model that offers the practitioner yet another option in treatments where superior cushioning and custom fit is required.
Two densities of foam are incorporated with the base foam being the same softer density as found in our Cushion and Supercushion models. The top foam layer however is made from a specialised Plastazote foam incorporating a polyolefin elastomer. This means thermoforming or shaping to the foot can be made at low temperatures and it will contour extremely well.

  • Highly mouldable soft 3mm specialised foam top layer
  • Water resistant
  • No fabric covering for wipe clean hygiene
  • For foot types requiring superior cushioning or shock absorption
  • Diabetics / Fibrofatty atrophy / Rheumatoid Arthritis / Intractable plantar lesions.
  • Particularly useful for redistributing pressure from plantar lesions such as fibroma, painful verrucae, callus, corns or scarring.
  • Also useful for more sensitive foot types where orthotic tolerance has been difficult
